BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
2. Valet Parking is $42 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.**

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

**Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $110 on your credit card at the time of check in. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
