I appreciated having the fenced in yard for our puppy, having a kitchen to cook meals at home, a washer and dryer to do laundry and off street parking. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, safe and provided easy access to downtown, the western suburbs and the east side. I felt safe running and walking...

We all had a great time and the residence provided all the extras we wanted with a great cost. "The place was fine and even had some beer in the fridge. The AC worked well and counteracted the street noise and the trains some distance away , but at night. Some repairs are needed and the entry stars needed vacuuming. Overall fine."
