Great cottage in lovely village

The house is located in a beautiful village just a short walk from village centre. The house is updated and spacious. The beds were comfy too - which to me is very important. We didn’t cook, we ate out, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass, pans etc. Only thing we missed was a coffee machine as you can’t get a take out coffee before 9am. We will return again when we return to north east. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleased overall with the property. However, there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Nor any dishwasher tablets or a liner in the kitchen bin. Also, the bathroom bins had not been emptied! The bed in the double room had been pushed against the wall so needed repositioning so we were able to get out on both sides. When doing this we found dirty tissues and disgusting fluff and cobweb balls along the skirting and carpets etc. We did actually hoover this clean at 9pm that evening.
