“Overall, great stay! The place seems newly renovated and includes a coffee and game room. There is no central AC but there are individual AC units in each of the rooms. Location is pretty quiet and bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of street parking in the neighborhood as well. One point that was not noted in the listing is that this is the third floor of a 3 unit building (assuming the 2nd floor is another similar VRBO), and you need to climb up steep wooden stairs to access it.……

“I rented this property for a family gathering around the Boston Marathon and the reservation was canceled 10 days out without any warning. The property was not listed as for sale and the reason for cancellation was that the property was sold. Your system should not have sent me a request for review.”

“Clean and cozy, but a few major flaws need to be fixed for this to be a five star property: no dishwasher and inadequate, water, pressure to handwash dishes. Scented, itchy sheets. Inadequate window coverings on streetside bedrooms, resulting in 5 AM light and street noise. And Cleaners scheduled to arrive 30 seconds after checkout time, blocking us in the driveway… give at least a few minutes of grace!”
