“My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and had a lovely view from the main deck. What really made this house amazing was our hostess, Annie. She was very accommodating. Our breakfast was outstanding. Annie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the best places to visit and eat. The house has a couple decks that could use some updating and a vine was well on its way to choking out a beautiful large tree near the main deck. Take note that if you’re planning on renting……

“The hospitality of this charming bed and breakfast is outstanding. The rural setting in the rolling hills outside of Hagerstown is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast with homemade yoghurt, fresh fruit and eggs from the chickens was delicious it served to our room giving us the opportunity for dining in private or if we wished having it in several main floor dining options or even on the outside porch. We highly recommend it.”

“Came back to harpers ferry where we honeymooned 4 years ago. Decided to stay at the inn. It was charming and so convenient to the barn with live music and gave us a chance to watch the eagles beat the cowboys! Everything was steps away. Breakfast was great.”

“Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. ”

Cabin is so cozy and the decorations are real enjoyable and every where you look is something you didn't see before. Host was terrific to work with and helpul. “Nice, adequately furnished "old" house. It was within walking distance of downtown and several restaurants. Various sights to see and things to do in the area,including The Washington monument on the Appalachian trail and some Civil War sights.”
