“My friend and I stayed here in June. We brought our bikes to ride the Pierre Marquette Trail. We loved this rental and want to stay again! It’s very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The two bedrooms are good sized. We enjoyed the little backyard with the privacy fence and party lights. We were very satisfied with this rental! ”

“This property is even nicer than the photos! It's newly renovated, clean and well appointed. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. It's only a block away from downtown and walking distance to the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!”

“I stayed at this property for 1.5 months for work. I loved every day of it. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. The host, Ariana, was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, and a great property. If you’re looking for someplace to stay for cheap, close to downtown Midland, I would highly recommend this property.”

“Loved the location in downtown, near so many shops and places to eat. It was perfect location for our reason to be in Bay City over the weekend. The stairs are something you need to be ready for but certainly wasn’t a problem for us. The beds were comfortable and the things we needed were certainly close at hand. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay!”

“Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a good breakfast restaurant and bakery.”
