“The host gave great directions to the property and the parking was great as well. The setup of the furniture is very nice and simple. I felt really comfortable instantly. The other apartments weren’t too loud at all. Everything was fully stocked too.”

“The property is in a quiet neighborhood with downtown in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful to any questions we had. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. You don’t even need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Loved that he supplied coffee pods and had a K coffee machine. Bed was super comfy. What I really liked is there is a free washing machine and dryer in the basement. I didn’t use them, but when……

“Amazing amazing amazing …. They had an issue with the front door not the batteries weren’t registering or whatever and as I waited to get in, she said she’d be there in eight minutes she was in. She was there to meet under eight minutes, but while I waited, she told me to go into the bar downstairs and give them her name and to get a drink or appetizer on her. I didn’t but the way she handled it was amazing sweet people great place. The only thing is the stairs if you don’t like stairs, that’s……

“The apartment was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and was conveniently located in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was firm and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of fluffy towels. Cindy was an excellent host, We would definitely stay with her again. Highly recommended. Note: This is a second floor apartment so be prepared to climb some stairs.”

“Building and grounds nicely done. Only real negative was being on the 1st floor was guests on the 2nd floor entering or leaving or in their rooms couldn't help but be heard because of a lack of sound insulation-pretty loud.”

“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door.……
