“Since my flight was very late on the day I checked out, they kept luggage for the entire day. The person at the front desk let me use a shower in a room for an hour so I could freshen up and change clothes after a long day in Dhaka and before my flight. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of freshly baked pastries and other food options. ”

“This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. Also, one of the main reasons I chose to stay here a second time was the outstanding breakfast buffet that included many options for vegetarians. “品質上是還好，但油漆味濃厚，第一天入住是服務很好，第二天繼續住沒有主動打掃房間，第三天我要求他們打掃之前他們才有問今天需要打掃？只有第一天提供免費的一瓶礦泉水，第二天是自己付費，之後的7天都沒有免費的一瓶礦泉水，自己購買！我覺得不是錢的問題是服務的問題，如果你的住宿服務是有這些貼心的服務，那就必須做到，否則讓人失望....所以以後如果再次去是不會選擇這個飯店”
