「My wife and I loved our stay at the La Dona Luz Inn. Paco, the owner, was a treat to meet and to talk to and learn about the history of the Inn and the exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful decorations throughout the Inn. Our room fantastic with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and spacious room. The Inn is an ideal location for walking around the historic Taos center. 「I would return in a heart beat. The breakfast was a new delight each morning. We enjoyed the quiet nature of the inn, so easy to relax and let the world go by. So nice to be in an historic spot and not in a "city slick" hotel.」

「Staff and room were both excellent. Restaurant is on site. The hotel fronts a main road with a traffic light directly in front of the hotel. Traffic is very noisy accelerating from the light, especially for a room close to the road. Take earplugs.」

「Was very surprised to show up here and have it look the way it does because it looks nothing like the photos online - there is no cute cabin or air streams, it’s just the motel. It’s in a pretty sketchy area with no where really to walk. The room itself is small but clean and good enough. The AC unit is super loud and turns on and off all night so didn’t get much sleep. Just think they should be more upfront with how the property actually looks.」
