「Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.」

「Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. 」
