「Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.」

「We are local to the hotel and stayed here for a few nights whilst some work was done on our home. We pop in frequently for breakfast anyway as it’s excellent value and very customisable, but found the room & service to be very good as well!」

It was a little noisy during the day (music shop below which played loud music all day, at night the assembly rooms played music for most of the night - fantastic if you come to party! The facilities were excellent. It was lovely and clean. Everything was within walking distance. Just a little loud for small children. 」
