"Cosy hotel! Small rooms but even as a big guy I found it comfortable and cosy. Nice little bar where you can hangout. Strongly recommend! Worth noticing it's up a long uphill road. Nice walk for me with a bonus view of the cite but in case you have heavy luggage or feel weak it can be good to know about. There are busses passing."

If staying at this property, perhaps recommend staying on 1st floor as our room was ground floor and the noise from upstairs guests was very loud - not much in terms of sound insulation. "Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. I spoke to the host on the phone as we arrived early and wanted to parking advice. He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable.
