「The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped...

「On first arriving to this hotel all seemed well, staff member was polite, explained all we needed to know and helped us to our room, once in the room we noticed that it needed to be maintained better as there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, frayed carpet areas, paint chips and marks on the doors. The furniture such as the dressing table is bubbled up and the tv remote was dirty also. The bed was very hard and left me with a very painful back, the pillows were flat and so had to fold them to...

「We found this stunning hotel right in the centre of Bath while browsing the Expedia web site. We never dreamed it would be this good. The friendly reception staff greeted us with a warm welcome and were eager to make our stay memorable. This historic Georgian hotel had just opened after 3 years of extensive renovation and it was superb on every level...from the tasteful elegant decor and reimagined period features, to the large comfortable beds and brand new bathrooms, the attention to every...
