Safe neighborhood…highly recommend the parking garage that is suggested. It’s safe and secure. This is a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay

My family and I have stayed in these apartments in downtown Minneapolis twice now, and our stay is always wonderful. The neighborhood is really great and very walkable, with lots to do. The apartments are always very clean, spacious and have a pretty view. The property manager, Jerry, was very kind and helpful before/ during or visit. He was always available for questions and concerns and we really appreciate his availability!!

Comfort in the Mill District

Beautiful property, comfortable accommodations in the Mill District. Walkable neighborhood for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and just a few miles from UMN, for all those out-of-town parents. Everything was as promised in the listing. Bonus… coffee and laundry soap were included! So helpful!

Well I couldn’t find it my gps was off but I was on the wrong side of building an the park is not Wht it should be I had to pay for meters the whole time but overall it was a good stay
