“Bed was very comfortable! And peaceful room! Staff were so accommodating!”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“Friendly staff, good breakfast, Caribou and sandwich shop and restaurant in building and connects to Mayo Clinic buildings by subway or easy walking distance. Older but clean.”

“Beautiful old-style inn with pretty interior. Full service restaurant, difficult to find at this time. Friendly staff were very helpful. Clean and organized to keep us safe. It’ll be our go-to for visiting family in MN”

“Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds but small pillows. Noisy AC. Ask for lot facing room to avoid street noise because it was loud. Front desk clerk was a sweetheart. Breakfast staff seemed stressed but the breakfast options were great including waffles. The lobby was bright and spacious. The pools were cold! Hot tub was nice. Unfortunately there was a group of 7 adults who ruined the pool experience. Extremely loud, vaping, cannon balling, splashing one another to the point of which I had……
