Perfect gulf front view

We had a great week at A203 Beach House Condo. Jan is very helpful and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The condo has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Very well decorated and everything you need is provided. Lots of places to eat within 10 miles and the outlet takes 5 minutes to get there. This is our second year staying here and we haven’t been disappointed.

Great location on the 2nd floor. Can exit and enter using the stairs to the parking lot. Gorgeous view of the gulf. Great patio furniture. Condo well kept by the cleaning staff. Very basic furnishings. For long stays suggest bringing your own cooking items, i.e. large frying pan, crock pot. Sparsely furnished with glassware.

Right on the beach!

Great condo. Great view. Beach was not crowded at all. Pool was beachside with a view. Close to many restaurants and outlet mall. Great walking/ jogging trail. We will be back!

Amazing Week on the Beach!

My family had an awesome time for the second year in a row. We even brought more family down this year, and they can't stop raving about it! The condo was terrific. It was clean and in good shape; the beds were comfortable. The amenities of the complex were plentiful. We definitely didn't run out of things to do! We highly recommend this unit, and we're looking forward to going back again soon!

Great Beach Vacation

We have visited Destin several times. It was our first time staying at this property, and we loved it! Great views from the balcony and not many stairs to climb since it’s on the 2nd floor. We have typically stayed in townhomes in the past due to the beach access being so easy. With this being a 2nd floor unit access was just as easy and there was a shared pool to take advantage of that we haven’t had in the past. The location was perfect and the property manager was friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo?

My wife and I have been coming to the area for over 30 years. We’ve stayed at this property, not this condo, 5 times. This condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean, the amenities were just right, and the view was awe-inspiring! It will be hard to top this stay! We will be back!

Great getaway

We loved this getaway. When I think of a great vacation, and a great rental I am looking for a no drama experience that meets the expectations set. The owners, managers, and cleaning crew are obviously focused on taking care of their clients. We checked in on time, and the condo was well apportioned. Since this stay was in the middle of the pandemic, we carried out meals from several the local restaurants and ate on the high top on the deck. The beach was beautiful, and the pool was clean. I would highly recommend this property, management company, and this unit. I cannot wait to visit again.

Overall I love the Beach house we have stayed there every year for at least 10 years great location close to grocery stores, Shopping and Alvins Island just across the street! Very safe for kids maybe need a little more parking area

Awesome condo!

We have been coming to beach house condos in miramir beach for several years and have stayed in different condos there, but this condo was by far the best. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and decorated beautifully! Our grandchildren were so excited about the bunk beds, we thought they would be on the sofa sleeper! It was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to reserve this condo for next year.Jan, thank you for going above and beyond ( even leaving us a welcome sand bucket with goodies for the week)I would recommend this condo to everyone!
