As you enter this beautiful condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and an elegantly decorated living room that leads to the private balcony where you can enjoy full views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom, which also offers a luxurious king size bed and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds. This wonderful beachfront condo can easily accommodate up to six guests, perfect for your next family vacation!

Tops'l Beach Manor is close to both the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall as well as Baytowne Wharf to enjoy shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and more! Also close by is Grand Boulevard with even more upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a movie or stroll through the Farmer's Market on Saturdays year-round.

*Please note that per the HOA, all vehicles must park in the parking garage. The overflow lot belonging to The Tides outside of the garage is no longer available to Tops’l guests, and vehicles will be towed that park there. The height of the garage is 6 feet 5 inches. The garage was designed almost 40 years ago, before oversized vehicles (larger SUVs, trucks, etc.) were popular. Even if a vehicle fits height-wise, there is a sharp turn once inside the garage that may cause a problem for longer vehicles.
