Great rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exceptionally clean with new furniture and an updated kitchen. It was well stocked. Sheet and towel quality were excellent. The golf cart was super fun and very safe. Working with My Vacation Haven was easy. We've stayed at Westwinds many times. The property is older but well maintained.

Beautiful Sandestin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been vacationing in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for 30+ years and our unit was beautifully upgraded and decor was perfect! Our only complaint was the elevators stopped working on our first day and we walked down 12 flights of stairs, we are 68 and 67 (adult son with us), our check out day only one elevator was working so delayed our departure time. Please address shower in master and guest tub drains seem to need cleaning out, thank you!

Beautiful Condo!

This was a memorable vacation for the whole family. Our stay at this condo was exceptional! New and spotless. The hosts were friendly & easy to work with and quick to respond. The golf cart was a gem, offering the freedom to explore the area with ease. It genuinely turned out to be one of the best stays we've ever had

Beautiful unit with a disappointing golf cart

The condo was beautiful and well unkept. Very responsive management office, but the condo hosts entirely ignored all of my messages. As soon as entering, our shower was clogged and not draining. They came the next day to repair. The toaster had a missing wire that sparked and set off the smoke alarm. Called the office and they brought a new toaster over the following day. We noticed other golf carts and cars were going around us due to the slow speed of the golf cart. There were several near accidents due to this. Our speed maxed out at 13mph (the speed limit was 20mph!), which posed some serious safety concerns on the road. I called the office and they confirmed the golf cart was turned down but they could not change it because they would have to take the cart to the repair shop. Overall I will NOT be returning to this property.
