We had a great stay at this unit. My two children had a blast and we were in very close proximity to the beach, the hotel where our conference was held, and numerous pools. Plenty of room with an open floor plan in the condo. We loved it here and will be back!

This property was better than the photos. Beautiful updates. So far our favorite stay!!! We love the Tivoli neighborhood. And this unit was so beautiful and a great layout. The only thing we would have liked is a sofa or lounger on the patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a very good location in Sandestin Resort just a 2 minute walk or golf cart ride to the beach and multiple restaurants. The condo has been updated with nice countertops and flooring throughout which we loved, but it could use a good deep cleaning. The bathrooms had scuffs/stains,shower did not drain well, toilets had stains and all baseboards were scuffed. The patio doors also do not lock from bedroom to balcony. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great location and stay

Everything was wonderful except cleanliness! The floors were filthy upon our arrival they were black. Our feet would be black, shoes black. Socks black. They looked gross and the rugs all appeared dirty. The dishes also had been put up dirty. We were able to clean it all ourselves but definitely wish it had been clean upon arrival! Everything else was really nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time renting in San Destin. Each time has been a different unit. We loved our location this year. We found Beyond Blue great to work with - our only complaint was communication - we never quite knew who to contact if we had a question . We found the unit in GREAT condition - kitchen , bathrooms, beach items , golf cart, appliances, washer/dryer and smart TV were just as was stated in units description . The furniture and beds were very comfortable except for the sleeper sofa. The cushions or sleeper sofa needs to be replaced . We highly recommend San Destin resort and this unit .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, the amenities and the layout out of the condo! The screened in porch was a plus for evenings relaxing after the beach. The beach access is super close to the condo and the golf cart was very useful getting around! You can even get to the local Publix via golf cart so we didn’t use our vehicle the entire stay! Don’t forget to visit the warf with great food and activities for the kids! Things to note: washer/dryer very small so bring extra laundry detergent for small loads, ice maker but no water dispenser in fridge so bring plenty bottled water, no assigned parking so if none available you have to park in a lot a few blocks away, stairs leading to the front door and from the front door to the main level of the condo (we were able to block access from our toddler) and yes, they have roaches but we attributed that to the lake next to the condo plus the construction work going on next door. Construction hours seemed to be 8-5 during the week days but didn’t bother us much as we were typically gone to the pool beach or warf during the day! We definitely think a good deep cleaning is needed as there was TONS of sand and dust under the rug in the living room and around the beds, cobwebs when opened door to the back porch which could use a good sweep and mop, and roach remnants in the kitchen drawer. Also, recommend they replinish cleaning supplies- vacuum only blows sand around, no dust pan for broom, etc.

Perfect size and location

Great location for our family. Proximity to the beach and use of the golf cart were perfect for our needs. Spend several nights at Baytowne Wharf eating, shopping and enjoying entertainment. Of our 5 nights, we spent 3 days at the beach from @ 8 am until 11 or 12. That was enough for beach fun, without over doing the sun. Then headed back for lunch in the full kitchen. Had good communication with the booking agency so there was an easy smooth check in that day. 10/10 would stay there again.

The kitchen is lovely and my stay was very pleasant. Sandestin is a great location away from the Destin traffic and close to shops and restaurants. The use of the golf cart was a very nice amenity. My only complaint is the stackable washer/dryer. It is very noisy and doesn't hold much laundry. Also I had to run the dryer for two cycles to get my clothes dry. Other than that, my stay was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the golf cart comes with a full vinel cover that was extremely convenient while driving in the rain. We were supplied with 2 starter laundry detergent pods and 2 dishwasher tablets. Every kitchen item we needed was available and in great condition. There were two beach chairs and some pool toys. There were a ton of pillow options, but I couldn’t find extra pillow cases. The patio view is BEAUTIFUL. My only complaint is the musky moldy smell. It could use a good deep clean & maybe something to prevent the mold.My kids loved the double beds and desk, and loved the access to two pools. I wish there was a hot tub for adults. The location was a 2-3 min golf cart ride from the easy to find condo.
