Resort guests can take advantage of amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 2BR-2BA condo offers a comfy living area with HDTV and a queen sleeper sofa. The oversized balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in lush resort views. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. Our primary bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king bed and adjoins a full primary bathroom. The guest suite includes two queen beds and is steps from a full guest bath. A nearby elevator provides easy access to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary wifi.

Step outside to the Village at Baytowne Wharf with its world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities like zip-lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, carousel, rock climbing wall, playground, and remote-controlled boats. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
