Beautiful condo

This gorgeous condo was perfect for our friends trip. It is spacious, clean, and the property manager is so friendly and helpful. The crisp white decor and vibe adds to the peacefulness of the ocean. The view couldn’t be beat. The golf cart was so fun and convenient for morning coffee runs. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to rent this space again.

Very well maintained and updated unit. Is on 14th floor on the end near the elevator. Very quiet, but does not view the pool, though does look down the coast. The provided golf cart made the difference for us.

Would have loved it if management would text guests when the rental is cleaned especially since they request that you notify them if you leave early😉 Overall a great place to stay for four adults.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me preface this review with I am very picky when it comes to vacation units. I spent a long time browsing through places before booking this unit and I was VERY pleased with our choice! We had a 6 year old, and a 1 year old with us and the unit accomodated us well. It was super clean, had beautiful decor and provided a very nice stay for my family. We had to contact the manager one time and she was so kind and helpful. If I have one CON, it would be that when I went to use the washer, it had mildew all around the front loading portion (which kinda grossed me out). I had to clean it myself, but still couldn't get all of it. All said and done, I would rent it again.

Perfect location!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The location is perfect. We never had to leave the Sandestin community for anything! The condo was very clean and when one of our sink drains became clogged, they had a maintenance man at the condo to fix it within the hour. The only complaints we have are the amount of unattended children in the hotel (we got sing dong ditched almost every night in the middle of the night and had many kids screaming running up and down the hallways at all hours.). Also, there was an extremely strong marijuana smell coming from the room across from us and the room beside us on the balcony, so we were unable to enjoy our balcony some evenings. Other than that, everything about this condo was excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. It comes with a golf cart which is a must when staying at San Destin resort to have easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Another chair in the sitting area would have been nice for our party of 4, but we brought in a chair from the balcony and it worked out. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen, and a good many utensils. (I know it's difficult to keep up with the small items). The pool was great, and an easy walk to the ocean. The property mgr. was prompt to respond, and able to help us with a couple of questions. We won't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Beautifully updated condo in the perfect location. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Big perk is the golf cart which is included with the rental! Sandestin has everything to offer and truly never gets old!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay. The unit is recently renovated and managed by a property manager who is very responsive. The only issue is there is very little information regarding Sandestin or the property in the unit. For example, there is a golf cart key, but no information where to find it. There is an ice machine on the 3rd floor with zero signage so you would never know it's there. The kitchen also lacks a few things like a cutting board, so if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, you many want to bring necessities. That may resolve itself as more renters use the unit. Love the K-Cup coffee maker. Also, as someone new to Sandestin, having more information about what is available within the resort and accessible via golf cart would have been nice. Would rent again.
