We had a very nice time . Condo is close to pools . We rented bikes and that was key for getting around Seascape and to and from the beach. Loved having morning coffee over looking the fairway. Very peaceful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the primary bathroom was too small. Shower and vanity space was inadequate. Extra blanket smelled very bad and needed to be cleaned. There were only 3 coffee mugs in the unit but one was cracked and leaked. Kitchen needed more utensils. Pub table outside on patio did not have chairs. Location was nice on golf course. Overall unit was clean. We enjoyed our overall stay in Seascape but did not like the unit.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen did not have adequate supplies (no drink pitcher, not one measuring cup, etc). There were dead bugs throughout the unit, sand on the shelf with the 5 drinking glasses. Most properties I have stayed in listed by SeaScape have been cleaner and better equipped. The unit's overall appearance was nice and had recently been update. The queen bed in the guest bedroom was uncomfortable.

The rental itself was clean upon arrival and comfortable. The grandkids loved it and did not want to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was good. We did have two issues. The primary bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the condo, and since we were instructed not to lower the thermostat below 72, it was hot at night while sleeping. The second issue was the internet connection was awful, with one bar or less. Then though I'm on vacation, I still need to be connected to work. Thank goodness my iPhone allows me to connect. I rated the property management company low because they never returned any email I sent them.
