Amazing location

This property is in the center of all that Sandestin has to offer such as restaurants, mini golf, night life, and quick and easy access to the beach. Check in was super easy and our rooms were very clean!

Family Spring break 2025

We had a great 8 day spring break trip. It was a bit on the cooler side, but didn’t stop us. The pool was beautiful! The basketball court got a ton of action!And the sunset view was the most beautiful one I have seen!!!!

Happy place

This unit is truly my happy space! I booked this unit now two years in a row for a conference I attended at the Hilton across the street. My hope is I can secure the unit every year as I have for the last two years because it is so nice! I feel like I am at my 2nd home when I am there, it’s so clean and relaxing! The view of the beach from the 17th floor balcony is heaven on earth! Love love love this place!!!

Beautiful Unit

This was a beautiful unit with great views. Enough space for everyone and the location was great! The only complaint I have was the middle shower did not get hot water. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful views

The views were amazing! Highly recommend this condo and not only because of the views! The beds were very comfy. The fold out bed was perfect for our kids. There were plenty of towels for our entire stay and they even left complimentary bath toiletries , kitchen soap and detergent and laundry tablets. The amount was perfect for our stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach and across the street from the cutest neighborhood. We loved that it was further down from all the hotels and shopping.

Great location and plenty of space!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Location was great! We loved the beach and the pool. We had an issue with mold/mildew on one of the bathroom ceilings. Maintenance came out and cleaned it up. The condo was very roomy! I’m currently in a wheelchair and was able to move around the whole condo in my chair! We can’t wait for our next vacation! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo and great location

This condo is even larger and more beautiful than in the pictures. It has a view from every room, and a huge balcony. The unit was clean and had so much room for everyone. Everything was decorated beautifully and they even had several family games to play with and a closet with several different items to use on the beach (chair, umbrella, boogie board, etc). We had plenty of towels and everything we needed already inside of the unit. The bedding and sheets were great and this trip was really special for our grandparents and kids. This resort was quiet but also family friendly or good for a romantic getaway.The owners were very helpful anytime we needed a question answered or concern addressed. We would stay here again and we would recommend this condo.

Great location and space, views

Once we were able to check in, it was a dream location and vacation. For check in, I would recommend calling and asking what building you are in and unit number ahead of time. We had an address but this is a resort with many buildings, and upon arriving at the entrance gate of the resort, the security attendant asks for the building and unit information. We had a code for the door to our unit but we didn’t know what building we were in. However, calling the unit owner, we always got an answer each time we called and once we were checked in, unit owner called us on two separate occasions to ensure we were good. Excellent customer service! Unit is BEAUTIFUL, decorated well, great views! Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space in unit. Basically cleaned very well, just saw long pieces of hair more times than I cared to count. Otherwise, plenty of towels and just an all out awesome property. We plan to stay again, thank you so much!

Clean and Spectacular Views

This condo was very clean, with fantastic views. There were several balconies that were perfect for lounging and watching the fireworks. It was perfect for our two adult children and my husband and me.

Nicest property in Destin!!

We were blown away by this property. We have stayed at other VRBO properties but nothing like this. Beautiful view of the gulf and beautiful view of the surrounding area. Location was only 200 yards from the beach. We will definitely use this property again next time we come to Destin.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time. The views from the 17th floor are amazing! Great location with access to beach and pools. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs if you do not want to rent. The ones in the closet are mostly broken and in bad shape.

I have nothing negative to say regarding our stay. We will definitely be back. Our condo was kept clean although there is some normal wear and tear of the furniture but overall everything was very nice and met my expectations. The Luau pool was great and far better than the pool at Beachside. I was worried about the walk to and from the beach but found it to be quick and easy....even with a toddler in tow. Amazing views of everything! The Sandestin resort has SO MUCH to offer and this condo was the perfect home for our little get-away. We can't wait to go back!
