Situated in the Tops’l Resort gated community, Knot Too Shabby abuts the Coffeen Nature Preserve which provides tropical vistas along with peace and quiet. Knot Too Shabby is a gem that boasts comfort, class, and convenience. This bayside treasure is a one floor, single family home, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home provides everything you could possibly need on your next trip to Miramar Beach.

The home has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious dining area with 8-person table. Along with 2 living rooms, this open concept space is perfect for large family gatherings and snowbirds looking to entertain friends and family as they escape the winter months.

When it comes to loved ones, everyone will have comfort and space they crave. This home sleeps 8 comfortably, but may be able to accommodate up to 12. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with an attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with access to the hall bathroom.

Just off the living area, you’ll find the real reason to stay at this beachy treasure—a pool! Escape into tranquility as you enjoy your private oasis, screened and equipped with loungers, tables, and shade. Grill up a great lunch on your personal grill and make lasting memories with loved ones as you soak up the Florida sun.

Don’t get too cozy in this vacation haven because Miramar Beach is just minutes away! Take the resort tram or enjoy a quick 5-minute walk and spend the day with your toes in the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. Let the emerald waters wash away your troubles as you lean into luxury.

With gated 24 hr security and 52 acres of lush tropical landscaping, you’ll feel like you’re in a private paradise, however, all the comforts of home and resort amenities you could ever desire are at your fingertips. Tops’l guests have their own private beach access and free resort tram for all their travel needs, along with access to 2 on-site restaurants with great food and live entertainment. Nearby the Sierra Dunes road, additional pools, basketball, tennis, and pickle ball are available. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports and more are available locally at additional costs. This community does not allow glass, tents or canopies on the beach.
