Cozy vacation home

From the moment we arrived, this beach house felt like our own little slice of paradise. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated with that relaxed coastal charm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Afternoon walking the beach just steps away, and evenings with the sound of waves in the background—it was pure bliss.

Great townhouse

Overall our experience was pretty good, my only disclaimer would be that there are visible spots where the walls have been touched up and it looks like the entire wall needs to be repainted. Also when we arrived I looked around on the ground outside the townhouse and there was trash that needed to be picked up, we tried keeping things picked up as best as possible. I also think a great addition to this rental would be patio furniture on the outside, because that would have been nice, when walking the building almost every other property had patio furniture. My only other disclaimer was the cleanliness of the pool. Other than those couple things we really liked the area and enjoyed the stay.

Nice place…enjoyed our stay

The place was nice and clean. Definitely get a work out walking up and down all the stairs but we were ok with that. Beds are very firm…a little too much for me. Overall a nice place to stay and convenient to beach, shops and restaurants!

Great Property

Great location! Clean and comfortable. We always appreciate an updated, modern, and clean dog friendly rental. Short walk to the beach and Pompano Joes. My only complaint is there was no extra bedding. We were there for a week. Plenty of towels were provided for the bathrooms. I did not see any beach towels, so you may have bring your own. Having a washer/dryer was helpful. Would stay there again!

Great location!

Family had a great time! Cart and 4 chairs came in handy. Short walk to beach. Plenty of space for 8 people. Few updates need to be made: Interior paint needs to be refreshed. Looks like touch ups were done, but paint didn’t match. Time to replace living room rug. Dirty and stained.

Wee at the Beach

The property was just as described and perfect for our party of 9! The only downside is that the "kids" room is on the 1st level so we ended up not using just strictly from a safety standpoint and being at street level. There are lots of stairs, which we handled just fine, but just an FYI. Area is very safe, there is additional parking within the complex and the check in and check out process is very, very simple. Our family would stay here again!

Beautiful townhome and great use of space

Overall the townhome had a good use of space for multiple families to stay for a week. It was walkable to the beach and drivable to Destin. The only negatives were the kitchen needed more things, such as potholders, containers, etc. Also, the air conditioning was irregular between rooms. We would definitely consider renting this place again.

The place was great! 3 floors and plenty of sleeping areas. Be ready for a lot of stairs but the main floor is a nice common space. The TV Internet wasn't working initially and there was a broken door on the TV cabinet which I notified the rental owners about, and they were quick to respond. It's a very convenient location to the beach. They provided a beach cart and 4 beach chairs which was amazing!!! My only biggest wish was that they had a golf cart to make things even easier. But I can also understand why they don't because it's only a hop skip and jump away from the beautiful Emerald Coast 😍

This home is beautiful and well equipped . we loved it the distance to the beach is great . Short ride on a bicycle and even better on a golf cart . Owner was very helpful with giving us information for this . The only complaint I have and its a small one is the parking at the home . You have an assigned spot but other renters and cleaning staff don't adhere to those rules . Its very narrow parking to begin with and everyone is in a SUV so I highly suggest parking your car and renting golf carts

It was average compared to other places we have stayed. Clean but there were issues that were addressed quickly such as horrible smell from hot water due to unit sitting unrented for awhile. Had to drain hot water tank but first two days were miserable- whole place smelled. Pool was not open as advertised and one reason we rented there for the kids. This unit comes with the very bare necessities . If you don’t like stairs, this is not the unit for you. Carrying up heavy luggage to third floor is not easy. The furniture in family room definitely needs an upgrade and worn/stained. The greatest thing was it is walking distance to beach. But we enjoyed the week and the unit met our basic needs.
