This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. located directly across from the beach with it's own private pool was just perfect. the home is lovely and spacious and had everything you could need away from home.

An awesome stay!!

The location was great. Quick access to the beach and boardwalk yet quiet in the evenings. The house is also just a short drive to restaurants and shops.

The house was perfect for 10 of us. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect because it wasn’t near all the traffic. Super easy access to beach too. The outdoor furniture needs some major help. We would stay there again but it definitely needs new outdoor furniture. After one chair was broken we only had 4 chairs.

What A Place

The loacation and the wonderful house is great for a large goup. Close to shopping and places to eat (east walking). The managment team was great when some minor items needed to be corrected.

Quick family getaway

The house was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels/washcloths. The pool outback was perfect for the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice host

Very nice goat check in and stay went very smoothly. Only drawback is it did not sleep 12. Other than that the pool was a lovely break from the beach. The family area inside was awesome. The parking was great. And the walk to the beach was a cinch.

Family gathering

We had a family gathering of 3 groups all meet here. The house is as described and the area is absolutely perfect for a beach side getaway. A couple things need tended to at the house as listed in other reviews but it didn't slow down our stay at all, just needs a bit more upkeep but I imagine it's a popular home given its location and price point. We were very comfortable, felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our vacation.

Thanksgiving stay

The location of the home was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the heated pool on Thanksgiving day. The management company was extremely responsive and it.was fixed with a couple of hours. The only issue was the door out to the pool. The door handle was a bit loose, the door was hard to shut and lock. It wasnt anything that impeded our enjoyment of the house.

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This a lovely home with a beautiful view! The street is directly in front of the home, but surprisingly wasn’t overly loud. The house was clean and had lots of space. I knocked off a star strictly because of the toiletries/supplies. Yes I read the pre-check in instructions and did not anticipate having all the supplies I needed, however, what was supplied was pitiful. There was 1 garbage bag and it was the worst quality I have ever seen (seriously, that’s the cheapest bag I’ve ever touched). There was exactly 1 dishwashing pod. The bathroom toiletries were also of poor quality, I feel like Super 8 would have had better shampoo. I’m not sure if this Beachblue issue or house keeping issue? But someone should go to the Dollar store and remedy this $20-30 immediately. I’ve stayed (via vrbo) in several homes as nice as this and some not as nice, but I’ve never encountered worse provisions than these. So until this is fixed, beware to bring your own trash bags, soap, dishwashing amenities, etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked 2 houses on this street. This one for us, and the second for all our extended family. So, I have a direct comparison, and had expectations based on other rentals through our years around 30A.Pros- location and view are irreplaceable. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are nice sized.Cons- The home was tired. I’m guessing it’s been used as a rental for many years now and can use some updates. It was in a lot of little details. I did let management know about 3 more important maintenance issues, although they didn’t directly hinder our stay. The runner carpet upstairs is stained and sticky to step on; wear houseshoes or socks. The mattresses felt okay but seem quite old. With 2 of us having allergies connected to dust mites, we’d take medicine at bedtime and still wake up stuffy and itchy.FYI-(unchangeable, but) The view and easy beach access have a downfalll. The road outside is filled with people cruising, honking, playing loud music, and screaming until around midnight every night. The upstairs master bedroom is so loud.Still- We loved the beach and view. The kids enjoyed the plunge pool. The house worked for our needs, just didn’t compare to the second house or others we’ve stayed in.Management- The master shower had not been cleaned prior to our stay, as the last people’s soap still sat on the shelf and hair on the floor. The towel quality is not great. I don’t understand a house rental that require you buy toilet paper to have enough for the people staying within for the week.

August 2023 Stay

Our stay was fantastic! Great location! It is quiet but still close to everything. All the beds are very comfortable. The pool guy never disturbed us once. He was always here very very early to make sure everything was functioning properly. Only one small complaint is the doors to the pool not locking at all. It does feel weird going to sleep with the doors unlocked and they don’t latch very well. But everything besides those doors is fantastic! We were never bothered once on our stay by anyone! Great place to stay for a larger party or even a romantic get away! Thanks beach blue!
