Love The Crescent

Our group of 80 yr-old friends returned to The Cresent for the 9th year, sometimes twice a year. We love the location and the wonderful views from the balcony. We've stayed in multiple units at the Crescent over the years, and you can't beat the convenience.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was so nice and helpful. We were kept informed on every detail from reservation to checkout. The condo was beautifully laid out with a stunning view of pool and gulf. Walking distance from the music festival. We'll definitely be back.

Must Stay!

This was a fabulous unit located close to the elevator and with the nicest view of the pool and beach. The guest services are the best and very attentive. It is a short walk to the beach and I love the implementation of the wrist band system. We have stayed in 5 different units over the years and this has been one of our favorites.

Third time staying

The unit has new furniture from the last time we were there. Everything was wonderful except for the floors. They definitely need a deep clean. The bottoms of our feet were black by the end of the day. Other than that, it’s a wonderful unit and we will be back, can’t beat the location.

Prime views, pool and location; could use minor updates

The complex offers direct waterfront views, large pool, and reserved space at the beach. It is sooo close to everything you might need from dining, shopping or whatever you forgot to pack. The unit is well suited to hold 2 families of 4 with good supplies of bath towels, linens and kitchen supplies, comfy beds and good Wi-Fi and TV. The covered balcony is really useful and secluded so you can enjoy the view without any distractions, even when it’s raining. The whole complex is very family friendly. The unit could use a little updating: redo the caulk, faucets, and shower heads, light blocking drapes in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms; and the floors could do with a deep clean rather than just sweeping/ vacuuming. Note: there are no typical supplies like paper plates, plastic cups, beach towels, coffee, or trash bags provided so a supply run is required. We would definitely book at the complex again!

One bathroom had a huge mold area on the wall by the tub and on the tub. Great room furniture needs to be cleaned and the patio furniture is coming apart.

So well appointed! Had everything you could possibly need. If you like to cook at the beach you would have everything to prepar a gpurmet meal.

Overall everything was very nice. The floors could have been mopped better. The master bedroom door wouldn't shut properly. A couple of bathroom sinks didn't drain properly. And the tub in the master bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Beautiful view

Location of unit is great, view is beautiful. Had trouble with parking gate when we arrived, code given did not work. It was after office closed and we were unable to get any assistance until another guest gave us their code. The unit was nice but floors were dirty and dishwasher needs replacing.

Best place to stay in Destin/Miramar Beach

Our large family stayed here and we had an excellent time. Highlights: -The pool is amazing. Never overly crowded (multiple times we were the only family there), super clean, no layer of sand at the bottom by evening like other places we’ve stayed, was cleaned every morning before opening, plenty of seating options around the pool for all. -Located right on the beach, the stairs from the pool to the beach were kind of tricky to navigate with little kids and all the beach things but no complaints. The stairs/walkway didn’t get too hot in the sun for bare feet and they were clean and not slippery. -Incredible, unbeatable view from the balcony of the pool and beach/water. -The crescent private beach was so relaxing, clean and calm. Not crowded at all. The Snow cone stand was also a nice touch. -The condo itself was very welcoming. The air conditioner worked better than any place I’ve ever stayed away from home. The beds were decent. The full sized mattresses were not very comfortable but the kings were okay. The floors and grout could be cleaner but understanding how hard it is to keep up with the sand and travelers I think they were fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. -Location is perfection. Surf hut right next door is great, Winn-Dixie grocery store in walking distance, Walmart and Publix less than 10 minutes away, so many food places very close as well. The outlet mall right at the top of the street was so nice as well. We look forward to staying here every time we come to the emerald coast from now on.
