Gorgeous unobstructed views. Unit was well-stocked with cleaning supplies (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc). Property management was very responsive to any inquiries and immediately brought towels forgotten. We had kids, so any walk to the beach is a long hike with all of their gear in tow. The sandbar in front of the beach access was great and kept the water at the beach shallow for kids to play. The kids also loved the pools and the bar/restaurant was very convenient.

Perfect stay!

The condo was just as described and in excellent condition. All the kitchen, bathroom and beach items needed for an easy stay. We love this property and the location on the beach, the excellent beach bar/grill etc. Wonderful view!

This property did not disappoint! Everything was just as lovely as it was listed. Tasteful and clean. The view was outstanding! We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. It was great being able to do our laundry and dry our towels after a day at the beach. We loved the pool area and the property activities. It was a memorable vacation for all of us. Don't hesitate to book!

Great location and fabulous stay!

The location was great and the condo was beautiful and worked great for my family. We had plenty of space and the view of the gulf was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

Very clean property, updated, nice furniture, awesome view, huge patio with a bunch of patio furniture. Great way to stay with friend's families or extended family but have your own space. Very secure complex with many things to do for the teenagers, convenient to restaurants and shopping. And the management company was awesome!

This condo was so updated and very very clean. My family has stayed in many condos vacationing all over Florida and this was the best one we’ve encountered yet! The owners also make the check-in process seamless, and they check on you during your stay to make sure everything is going good! My family will definitely be back!

Perfect condo for our family of 5

The condo was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was incredible. We will definitely book this unit in the future if it’s available. The only criticism I have is for the yellow bracelets that they charge 35 each if you lose. I understand the need to have bracelets to keep entry at the pool to only guests staying at the Tides building but after finding it difficult for our little ones to keep the one size fits all bracelets on we decided to only have my wife and I wear them. This is no fault of the unit owner but definitely something they should discuss with their HOA to get something that will stay more secure on kids.

Great Space for Family of 6

This condo was perfect for our family. Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are all available. Kitchen ready with necessary utensils, cookware etc. Only knock on the overall property is the lack of cleanliness of the beach. Neighboring property swept theirs daily. Didn’t happen the entire week at this location.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

The condo was incredibly clean and well furnished. We stayed in Tides with a number of other families and I thought our condo was the most beautifully decorated with a modern, beachy feel. The 11th floor view looked directly over the ocean and the two pools. We could actually watch dolphins in the ocean some mornings. The pool and beach access were just off the back side of the building. The pools were very nice and despite us being there on Spring Break they were not overly crowded. The gated community felt very safe and our teen boys found a lot to do between pickleball, mini golf and other activities. The beach was white sand and hand a sandbar which made for fun swimming. There was a restaurant we could walk to down the beach for happy hour and live music. This was a peaceful getaway and the condo supplied everything we could need. The owners were very attentive and sent us a nice visitor guide that walked us through everything we could need for check in, property use, check out and the surrounding area. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Beauty, comfort, spectacular views, and every creature comfort were all there. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The owners' incredible thoughtfulness in planning, organizing, and decorating their space was apparent at every turn. Thank you for providing such and amazing place to vacation.

Always a Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this particular condo for years - I think the 3rd year in this condo and 4th year in the Tides building. I never have any complaints. I love the fully stocked kitchen with appliances / dishware we need (pots, pans, tuberware, blender, toaster, coffee pot, etc). It's less to pack for us. There is beach chairs and umbrella - which is nice to have as well, one less thing to pack. I love the easy access to the beach and pools. The condo is always neat and tidy, clean. Great views of the beach and we always see dolphins from our balcony every morning. The checkin and checkout process is a breeze. It's safe and secure and the hosts are always attentive to whatever we need. They are quick to answer questions and provide the help neeeded, if needed. WE never have any complaints and want to come back every year. The kids enjoy their stay and it's the best family time! Amenities are great, it's well maintained and service is great!! I would highly recommened staying at the Tops'l Tides!! A great location to many things. We always love visiting the Baytowne Wharf and doing our beach walks. Location is great!!

Great Family Trip
