“A great option for our family getaway. We loved the secluded feel of the property and the opportunities for relaxation & fun with the lake and trails. House is well kept and each of us thought it was better than photos did it justice. Grocery and food options are nearby and Traverse City is only about 30 minutes if you’re looking for more action. We all had a great time although I think the dogs may have enjoyed it the most!”

“Clean and cozy. Location is gorgeous! A lot of steps to get to the cabin but it’s worth it for the view! We weren’t sure if we were at the right place when we got there. An address at the bottom of the stairs would have been helpful. Otherwise, the place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Perfect location very close to South Higgins Lake State Park, Ice Cream shops, and a dollar general. Very cute cabin with retro throw backs (which we loved). VHS Tapes, Nintendo 64 with games, coloring books and crayons. Host also provided almost everything needed (such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cooking supplies). The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.”
