Great House for a Family Gathering

Great location, walking distance to all necessities. Very clean and nicely furnished. Host is very responsive. The game room and extra bed and bath in the basement make for a nice getaway within the getaway!

Parent KC Trip

The property is going to be a nice property once completed. It looks like there is some updating still happening. Main floor was very nice and clean. We had trouble finding the basement and bedroom. No access from inside the house. Access was through the garage. It would be nice if a mud room was in between and finished to the basement. In addition the drain for a future sink and looks like bar area was left uncovered and gases from that opening left an unpleasant smell. I put a rag in it and it was fine. I would recommend the house for a nice weekend in KC. Owner just needs to tidy up a few things. Great location and easy to get anywhere.
