“We rented this condo for our first trip to Toronto. It was a great bang for the buck! The condo is dated and in need of a renovation, but clean and had everything g we needed. The building is very busy, not noisy, but never rode the elevator alone. Parking is fine, tight though, do not recommend a truck, it did take about 10 minutes to get in and out of the property. We had never been to Toronto so we found out is an hour to get to the sites in Toronto and another hour back due to traffic. The……

“Stayed in building 4099 / apt. 2003 You are renting a furnished condo and are on your own for everything – do not expect any hotel services at all. Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK". I had to ask for additional instructions and received a super-fast explanation that was not understandable. Was given a single key that needs to be with you to go anywhere but the ground floor. “We sent numerous messages that were not answered. We called vrbo and they tried to contact to no avail. Am now waiting for requested refund. We didn’t go because we never got hold of the property owner and didn’t have a place to stay. I would have put not applicable as a review but it wouldn’t let me answer or respond without filling in everything. We had to postpone trip do to the no response and I’m not happy about it”

“Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets.
