"Clean rooms and great breakfast"

"The rooms were very clean; staff was excellent "

"The area around the hotel is quite sketchy. It is located right behind a Shell gas station. When I parked my vehicle, I noticed a homeless person sitting against the gas station drinking. This was maybe 20 yards from where I was parked. I checked in then parked my car in a different location. During the evening I kept hearing slamming doors. I must have heard someone slamming their door about 8-10 times. In the morning when I took a shower, the water pressure was very weak and the water temperature was kind of warm, it never got hot. The only bright side of my stay was that the bed was very comfortable!"

"When checked in for my stay I received the wrong room, second attempt for a room the Ac was broken. Got moved to a different room and no TV remote was in the room. I will not be coming back to this location. "

"The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again "

"This is our 1st visit to this hotel. The room was slightly small for a King, nothing was loaded on the tv for viewing any shows. We had to put our own membership online to view. The restaurant was adequate but with the amount of people trying to get fed the wait was over an hour, hotel should up the staff on weekends. The casino was not very inviting with only 2 tables to play blackjack for $15 a hand.I will check out other hotels and see if this is the norm. "

"Room was not very clean. We reserved our room Jan 5 2026 When we got there March 13 2026 we had no room. They found us one. But the air didn't work and we couldn't be moved as they were all booked They suggested we come down early on the morning and get our new room assignmemt but we had and excursion early and wouldn't be back till after 5 When we got back the new room key was shoved at us she said the old key will would for 15 min get your stuff out. Wecfelt like everyone was acting like it was our fault we didn't have our room The maintenance man and the night desk supervisor was the nicest to us the whole time Harrah's seems more rundown Everytime I've been there I don't understand having to ask for towels and coffee everyday. Or ashtrays in a smoking room And we were informed that you have to pay for the water now to make the coffee It's come to the point that Harrah's is not worth the money they charge if you can't even keep up the maintenance We will consider new places next time "
