“Friendly staff , nice rooms ”

“Clean room, super nice staff”

“The hallway and bathroom needs more lighting on the wall and over head, plus a fan. The thermometer was not working in our room (203). I had the temp between 60-66, the lowest the room temp ever went was 68. The coolest part of the room was below the fan wall. We slept with the top sheet and woke up hot in the middle of the night. The shower door leaked water on the floor. The floor mat was soaked every time. Even when we used towels to block the water from running out. The hot tub was broken……

“The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke……

“The general manager is super stuck up and rude. Had our day switched becuase we booked the wrong dates by accident. Went to check in around noon asking what time the check in is and they said to come back and check in at 3 and everything was good with the switching of the dates. Came back at 3 to check in and general manager named Christina had added extra fees after saying everything was okay. We paid the pet deposit, and an extra fee for the difference in pricing and finally got checked in……

“Not much space to park if you have a rv or trailer. No breakfast .”

“酒店非常干净，总体来说不错。早餐在一楼，比较简单。附近很多餐厅和加油站，出门很方便。我们是冬天来的，一夜下了很大的雪，建议出门带好刷子，方便刷掉车上的雪。自备洗漱用品和拖鞋”

“Ill start by saying the staffcwas great!! This review is for management/owner. Its dirty!!! Our first room was filthy...like they never changed the sheets! Hairs and wrinkly sheets, bathroom was gross with a lot of hair, visible and significantly dirt/grime in corners, bathtub crust.The room the moved us too was less dirty - but still not clean... but by then it was late and we were leaving early a.m. so i just dealth eith it. The pillows are hard as rock!!! Ill probably have to go to……
