"Great place to stay for a quiet and private getaway but still close to Kansas City for activities. Fun trails at the Smithville Lake just down the road. Host was responsive and friendly. Loved the quality pans and knives in the kitchen. Look forward to a return trip!"

"We had the most relaxing stay at this charming 1800s farmhouse! The property is stunning with 47 acres and adorable cows roaming around. The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the house was well-equipped. Thank you for sharing this peaceful slice of Missouri countryside with us. 10/10 recommend!"

"What a clean, charming, and comfortable place to stay. There were three of us ladies who met up from around the country to visit, and this was a perfect spot. It had a nice fenced yard, beautiful and quiet property, and each room had plenty of clean blankets and pillows. We very much enjoyed the country vacation. The livestock guardian dogs were very nice and didn't bother our dog at all (we kept her in the house with us, or in the fenced area to potty). Recommend!"
