“Excellent customer service at the front desk. Stopped by the front desk around 11pm and the gentleman was helping multiple customers. While quickly assisting the customers, he made a personal connection with each guest. He said his name is Famous Amos! It’s this type of service that brings customers back. The room was very clean. I would return to this location.”

“Just stayed one night, was in town for a wedding. Everything was clean and the staff were great! I liked the covered private parking. I did not eat here so I am unable to comment on the food. Had a great view of the Ferris wheel and downtown from the lobby.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
