「The property is well-kept and clean. It's very close to the Miyajima ferry gate, the Torri gate, and the shopping streets. The hotel had everything guests needed. I liked the tatami mats on the two floors in two of the rooms, as well as the floor beds. The only thing I could have had was a couple of hooks for hanging clothes in the laundry room next to the bathroom.」

「去年は301に宿泊しました！ どちらも素敵にリフォームされていて、オシャレでとても良かったです。 布団もフカフカだったし、バスタオルも沢山用意されていました。 ただ、10人で泊まるには炊飯器が5合用や鍋が小さいのが困りました。 それ以外はフェリー乗り場からすぐで便利だったし、コンビニも近くにあったので良かったです。 また来年も利用したいと思いました！ 」

"From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged a private transfer at 6:20 AM to get us to the pier on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If we visit Miyajima again, we will definitely choose this hotel to try out different room types."
