“Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.”

“I was locked out of my room late at night. I went out to a club and when I got back to the room the outer door was locked with a bolt and the code did not work. I tried to contact the owner but it went straight to voicemail. I messaged through hotels.com and when I got a response they said to call them for faster response, even though I called initially the first time. I had to go to the nearby metro station to get out of the cold wind while I waited for someone to open the outside downstairs……

“Check in instructions were only in German, not in English - had to translate through my phone which is a bit troublesome. Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking……

“It is a clean, nice, convenient and cosy apartment that is very closed to metro station. There’s a supermarket right next to the metro station which is convenient to stock up before going back to apartment. It has air conditioner which is one key factor we chose it especially there’s an heat wave. They also provided some box water. Overall the experience is very good. Especially we encountered problem with the cot provided but it was resolved on the same day without interrupting our journey. I……
