"From the front desk check on to the day I was leaving . Each encounter with staff was always positive. Room was clean. My wife who does housekeeping, always makes me do a 10 point (areas) test. This is the reason we stay here."

"This Hampton Inn is a welcome addition to hotel choices in Needles, CA. It is clean, nicely decorated, and convenient to a pizzaria just across the parking lot. What we didn't like was the $75 pet fee. That's much higher than what we've encountered at similar properties. Also, most hotels provide guidance for the responsibilities of pet owners - don't leave your pet unattended, pick up after the pet on hotel grounds, etc. We had a nice stay and will return again if Needles figures into our travel plans."
