“Upon arrival the location, cleaniness and amenities exceeded expectations! The house has a beautiful skyline view and is in a safe community. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. I would definitely rent again in the future!”

“Our family of three enjoyed a long weekend at Sharon’s property. The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. Property was beautifully landscaped and had several areas for our family to enjoy time outside. The beach is well-maintained and has easy access into the water. Communication is excellent and although owners are on property, we still had privacy. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and already planning another……

“The property was in a fantastic location right on the river! The private beach allows you and your guests to easily sunbath, swim and enjoy water sports. The inside was spacious and modern. The video poker machines, slot machine, pinball machine and pool table were a blast! To top it off, you’re only a few minutes away from local casinos and restaurants. The owner was kind and very knowledgeable about the area. This is an awesome place and we would love to stay there again!”

“Love the Avi, been staying there for many years. I do think the prices of drinks and food at the pool are too expensive. Wish there was a ice cream and snow cone place on site. There is Thrifty ice cream in food court, however we stayed for a week and it was closed the whole time. Staff is always consistently courteous and helpful.”
