「Great place for a quick escape. Quiet area with a great pond and hiking! Super clean. The pond is clear and serene, a short walk down the road from the bungalow. The cabin is adorable, but I would have loved a few more curtains; the windows are very open. Also, the place begs for lamps, especially for reading; only overhead lighting, which is a but harsh. 」

「I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! 」

「Just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and had everything you could need while on vacation. The pond was so clean and clear. We even saw a loon.」

「Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too...

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vermont property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which was much appreciated and made us feel comfortable right away. Any requests or questions we had were addressed promptly by the host, who was always pleasant and accommodating. The peaceful setting and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in rural Vermont!」

One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication.
