“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. ”

“We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00 On the same night around 3 in morning the electricity stopped working we thought it was a general problem but after coming back to the hotel at night we found out it was only our room that had this problem we asked for anything but no one replied i……

“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest……

“離Amsterdam Sloterdijk電車站非常近，也離火車站很近，交通上往市區只要做19號基本上20分鐘就到了很輕鬆。客房很乾淨，還有廚房可以料理煮泡麵，冰心也很大，還有洗碗機，空調也不錯，唯一就是電視沒辦法接Netflix。員工也蠻親切的。”

“The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good.”

“房間空間不大，飯店簡單乾淨，附近沒有什麼，房內有冰箱，膠囊咖啡機，電梯及樓層進出有門禁管控，可寄放行李，加購早餐16歐，往來中央車站搭乘22號公車約10幾分鐘非常方便，班次密集，雖不在市區，整體還算方便。”

“To stay is wonderful! Stylish interior, bed is very comfortable, furniture in the state is very nice! The room is all well equate! The view from the big window is absolute nice.”

“Spacious clean room with spacious bathroom, The hotel is close to number 19 GVB tram station, and about 15minutes walk to Sloterdjik station. There’s not much eatery around, may be that’s why is very quiet at night. Bed is comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The hotel is upgrading all mattresses from 2025.9.29, so hopefully they upgrade the pillows as well. Breakfast is great for €18.”
