We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated. 2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on……

“Wow, what can I say we had the most fantastic few days in this peaceful little heaven on the outskirts of Bristol. We had a bit of confusion around the booking as we thought we'd booked the Cabana but it turned out it was booked so we got the Knapsack instead. However the communication with the hosts was excellent and they put us at ease. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival the cabin had everything we could wish for.
