「This was our first experience in a shepherds hut and it didn’t disappoint. All you need for a peaceful break, with the use of a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ it was perfect. We had a lovely visit from the owners dog (Tara) at the BBQ time which was nice, we thought she might of wanted more than pat and a stroke. The light around the garden in front of the hut was a nice touch especially when the evening comes. 」

「Just needed a place to crash for myself and my party members as we are on a road trip across the UK. The cozy Cardiff cabin was the perfect comfortable spot to stop for the night in Cardiff. We found various food joints just a few blocks away. Parking right out front. A quick knock on the door and Aimee, the host, had us taken care of immediately. Extremely comfortable beds. Very warm and truly cozy. If I end up back in the area I'll definitely be staying here again. 」

「We needed a New Year's escape to rest and reset after a busy year and this log cabin was exactly what we needed. We had a great stay from start to finish, enjoyed the beautiful garden surroundings, had a great pub lunch & enjoyed breakfast after checking out at the local bakery. Great hosts, great location, great cabin.」

「Hillside lodge is the perfect home from home stay. The lodge was spacious, immaculate and really well equipped. I would highly recommend booking if it is available and wish we could have stayed longer!」

「The lodge was exactly as described. Not huge in size but plenty big enough for two. Nice, quiet site with plenty of green spaces, and very befitting its status as an adult only location」
