“The property has a lot of potential, it has a great facility, though seems like lack of staff and maintenance. Front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable and speaking with 3 different people, we were getting different information each time. Room was not very clean-crumbs on the couch, dirty/sticky fridge, hair/stains/holes on towels, vents looked black. Pools were great but due to them being shortstaffed all pools couldn’t be used. Water in the pools had great temperature. Laser room was……

“I did not like the bathroom arrangement. I like to wash my hands in a sink in the same room as the toilet. I had to go out to the hall for the sink.”

“Used to enjoy. Now, not so much. Needs lots of maintenance and upgrades. Pool area was closed again. Lounge/bar still closed. Breakfast was not impressive. Room was clean and staff was good.”

“The pool is out if service. The first floor smells lik pet urine. The first room they gave me looks lik ethe people that were in there just left. The room was not clean. They switched me to another room that smelled like urine. Don't waste your time.”

“Guest room was clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful in giving directions to our next stop. Breakfast was disappointing. Came down at 8:30 and choices were already gone with no staff refilling empty dishes.”
