「Breakfast required a coupon, which had to be presented at the restaurant entrance. In exchange, each guest was handed just one flimsy paper plate and expected to pile all of their food onto it. After staying at numerous hotels around the world, this was the first time I had ever seen such a cheap, miserly, and unimaginably stingy practice. It left a very poor impression and reflected a shocking lack of consideration for guests.」

「Beautiful property with hiking nearby, hot tubs and dining. Spa was nice but change rooms small and lacked even body lotion. Not the luxury feel one hopes for. My main irritation was the property sent over a dozen reminders with links. Management please dial it back.」
