“入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的”

“I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone planning to explore Tuscany by car. The location was very convenient for driving to nearby towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and others, making it a great base for sightseeing. The breakfast each morning was simple but delicious, with everything tasting fresh and high quality, very much a farm-to-table feel, which we really appreciated. “Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were……

“距離中央車站很近，走路只要3-5分鐘。 每個房間都有自己的特色，這次我們住在black&white房型，很大，而且廁所居然有地暖，有每天自選早餐送到房門口，醒來就有好吃的早餐，推薦他們自製蜂蜜，很好吃，房間唯一小缺點是浴缸沒有乾濕分離很容易潑濕地板。 服務人員都很nice，很樂意幫忙， 老闆也很熱心，推薦了我們一些當地值得去的景點以及在地美食，其中包括超好吃牛肚包小販，而且還幫我們預訂了一家百年老店餐廳，超好吃！ 我們也嘗試在老闆新開在民宿的小巧餐廳用餐，一人30歐元，嘗試了義大利傳統料理，味道不錯，但實在不適應硬式的義大利麵 離開的時候，老闆還送了我們一張小卡跟小禮物橄欖油，要是送蜂蜜就更棒了”

“室內陳設及佈置非常賞心悅目，可以同時使用密碼及鑰匙的房門設計也非常棒。 設備/設施與服務如果也能夠一樣受重視應該會更好。 例如浴室電熱毛巾架是沒有啟用的，又或者只有特定時間會作動，空調有時無法被調整。工作人員較少，不易得到即時協助。”
