「A remarkable stay. The cottage by the sea was everything as listed…. And more. It was wonderful to be away from the crowds and enjoy the beauty of Carmel. Morning walks were perfect with great views of the ocean and the lovely properties near by. We certainly will visit again.」

「We really loved our stay at Atherton Cottage. Bill was an excellent host who did a wonderful job showing us the cottage as well as sharing information about the area. We will definitely stay again. 」

「Great couples getaway. The deck with fantastic mountain view sunsets and hot tub made for a memorable stay. Place was cozy and well maintained and right size for a couple. Only nitpicks were the spiderwebs on deck fencing and a couple of blinds that need replacing. 」

「Amazing guest cottage.」

「Amazing location!! There is a trail steps away from the home and the beach is your backyard. Our dog enjoyed hanging out in the enclosed yard we had. Sea Otter Cottage is very cute and cozy.Communication with the host was great.We enjoyed our stay and would love to return.」

I highly recommend this spot and hitting up Folktale winery & Earthbound farms which are right down the road!」
