Rooms are always clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast team members working are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming! Always greet you with a big “good morning”! The front desk attendants are also very helpful and so kind!:)

Best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price and will stick with them moving forward. Great breakfast too with real food! Only downside is the elevator was pretty old and would not use it again

We generally like Holiday Inn. But our experience at this hotel was poor. They gave us 1st floor rooms. The toilet flush was broken. Not sure abt other floors but do not book any last remaining rooms here.

The basic facilities in the hotel rooms are not perfect. For example, the rooms only have air conditioning and no heating supply. There are no hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient for guests. The location of the shower in the bathroom does not provide a good barrier to water drainage, making the floor very slippery. It is very easy for guests to slip and cause accidental injuries. I hope that all aspects of the hotel will be improve.
