"This was one of the greatest hotel experiences we’ve had. The property is top notch. The staff are amazing. We plan on coming back for sure. It it centrally located to great sights and wineries, everything seemed to be 20 to 30 minutes away."

"We liked our room, especially the balcony. We wandered around the vineyards and enjoyed an delicious t-bone steak in their restaurant, which had a wonderful ambience overlooking the vineyards. They light the vines closest and there are tables where you could eat among the vines. It wasn't a fancy place, but very comfortable."

"What an amazing property! The property is just as described and pictured on the VRBO site. The suite was beautifully decorated and set up. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were great, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was great and we used it several mornings and evenings to make our own meals. We enjoyed the pool several of the days after we were done exploring some of the nearby towns. The location was very convenient which grocery stores close by (10 min drive or so). In addition the property was close to many of the little hill towns in the area (anywhere from 10 - 30 minute drive).We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others!Diana"

"The property is clean and lovely. It is set in the middle of the Tuscan countryside which is beautiful beyond words. The room was quaint and comfortable and the bed was comfortable. There is nothing close to this place but vineyards and olive trees, so you will want a car. We saw a deer running along the side of the road. The nearest major city is Sienna, which is 15 minutes away and which you do not want to miss seeing. The hotel has a nice restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it is only open limited hours, not all day and not late night."

"We've stayed on two previous occasions at La Bagnaie, but not at this particular villa. The reviews don't really do it justice. It was well furnished, fanatically located with views across Tuscany to San Gimignano, and with every necessary bit of information provided in advance. Jacky, the manager who we have met on two previous occasions, called in and along with the host, was her usual very welcoming self. Jacky even managed to engage Serena to cook for us one night, a delightful, very talented local chef who we would highly recommend, if you can get her! Not one of us could think of any way in which our way could be improved."
