“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Check in was quick and clerk was helpful. Hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Need to offer a better selection of breakfast items.”

“We stayed one night on the way to the beach. The room was not overly clean. The floors were quite dirty and got feet dirty when walking in the room. It was fine for 1 night, but we expected it to be cleaner and a little nicer based on pictures/reviews.”

That said, parking IS NOT included and costs $23(with tax) a night and the walls are insanely thin. We could hear every single conversation of the other rooms.”

“I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire hotel smelled like mildew. There were severe scratches and dirt all over the entry door. There was visible joint compound spatter and scrapes on the walls in the room and my wife and I itched all night. As if something was biting us. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I went out to the front desk and the attendant was sleep in the chair with her mouth wide open. I would never ever stay there again. Not what I thought Comfort Inn stood for as……

“Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!”

“I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed……

“We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home!! We appreciated the pool and the convenience of having EV chargers available on-site. Everything made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!! We would definitely stay here again!”

“You may want to visit changing the curtains they have a lot of holes in them. The star effect is cute but does nothing to keep the light out.”

“It was an older building that had been added on to. Only 2 handicapped parking spots and they were always taken. My wife and I are both handicapped. There was a terrible smell as soon as we got out of the car.”
