「We arrived at the 4:00pm check-in time to find that our room was not ready. We had to hang out in the lobby until 6:30 before we could get in. We ended up having to get dressed for the show we were in town to see in the lobby’s public restroom which was less than ideal and put a damper on the weekend. The only compensation they offered was a free breakfast for the following morning.」

「It’s a decent hotel from Montgomery, but it has a lot of wear and tear, I really don’t understand why the Property Manager does not focus more on the deteriorating cosmetics of the property」

「Very clean room. Breakfast offerings were excellent and plentiful. The hotel entrance was strange - almost iunrecognizable - easy to miss - as we did. and unlike most hotels I use. Needs better signage. You have to pay for overnight parking which was a PAIN.and unnecessary.」
