「The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent」

「Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. 「The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.」

「Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived after a very long travel day and switched to another room where the AC WORKED partially. The room was not cleaned very well. This hotel defiantly needs to be remodeled and that carpet needs to be removed it was disgusting. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff were nice. I will not stay at this property again when I visit Montgomery.」
