“Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (11, 9, 5 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Ansedonia. Es war wirklich traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse mit den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten verbracht. Das”

“Een prachtig plekje om je lekker terug te trekken. Het huisje was keurig, voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en de gastvrouw (Bedankt Eleonora voor alle informatie en tips) was geweldig. Nee, het is geen luxe hotel, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. In principe is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een week.(of langer) Als je graag kookt, raad ik aan om evt. een favoriete pan of mes mee te nemen. Voor je boodschappen kun je het beste naar Grosetto gaan, maar daar is dan ook……

“Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.”

This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.”

“Padrone di casa molto gentile contattabile per mail o telefono. Le camere sono su due livelli diversi: non adatta per chi ha problemi di scale. Possibilità di usare bici, unica nota negativa: vicinato con cani maleducati e qualche condomino particolarmente “preoccupato” per parcheggio”

“Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore……

“This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood……

“Questa casa ha rappresentato la nostra idea di vacanza. Immersa in un bosco della maremma toscana, lontana dal frastuono e dal turismo di massa, ma comunque vicina e a pochi minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare i più bei paesi della Toscana e a pochi chilometri dal mare (18 minuti di auto per arrivare alla spiaggia libera, compresa quella per cani). La cosa più importante per noi era il giardino:……

We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. “Logement correct dans l'ensemble mais il n'est pas précisé que ce logement est accessible par un sentier en pente de quelques centaines de mètres puis de 117 marches ! Information indispensable à prendre en compte pour éviter les mauvaises surprises (très compliqué pour les valises et les courses mais très difficile voire impossible pour bébés, jeunes enfants, personnes âgées ou sans une bonne condition physique). De plus, il y a des informations incorrectes : - Censée être rénovée l'année……

“Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! Meistens hatten wir Licht an, da das vordere große……

“Extremely clean and well maintained villa in a quaint hillside village. Anna Maria was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and carefree. The villa was within easy access to several other towns and villages where we enjoyed the beaches and exploring. Would highly recommend”
