"Staff was wonderful "

"We just spent a few days at the Falmouth Inn. After reading some of the reviews on google, I got nervous but the hotel was very nice. It was clean (rooms, hallways and grounds), the staff members were friendly and ample parking unlike many other places that you’re crammed in like sardines. If you’re looking for a five star resort with all of the bells and whistles, this certainly isn’t it but we would definitely go back! "

"Very family friendly, great pool, multiple fire pit for roasting marshmallows, indoor heated water park, arcade games. There is a cafe, a gift shop, a bar and restaurant with a door and out in the center of the resort where there is fire piths, a ballroom inside for free dance lessons. There is free live music multiple times per day, and much more activities to keep families with young kids entertained. There is a text through out the day alerting for the activities. If you don’t have a car and want to go anywhere, the resort offers shuttle services to drop you off anywhere in town and pick you up. "

"My husband and I celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us with silk rose petals, champagne, and balloons. We really appreciated it. The only complaint is the people above our room(203) were very noisy into the wee hours of the night and early morning. "

"This hotel was a saving grace for us. My five year old non verbal autistic son and I have had horrible luck lately and needed to find alternative shelter. Upon arrival, the staff was amazing. She had read my note about his behaviors and accomodated us as requested. She was extremely sweet and understanding. When needing to book the next two nights as well, the staff (im sorry im horrible with names but will update it once i find out!), heard our struggles and assisted us in any way she could. Its been difficult being a single parent of a disabled child so things like this are so much more significant than ppl may realize. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool were great, and all the way down to the room service being super friendly. I couldnt be more happier! Thank you!"

"We had a great 5 night stay . Bay view room great access to pool and kitchen below. The included breakfast worked out great . Our room service was great we will definitely stay again . "

"Hotel was nice staff was friendly that we spoke too people cleaning rooms do t say much they kinda ignore you! The gentleman vacuuming will move out of your way and say help and excuse me! In the rooms. Cabinet where the fridge is is rotting out and water is leaking from fridge ( we think because it was thawing out but all and all nice place I would go there again! Great location to town! We stayed 3 days and walked everywhere!"
